Coaches:You must log in to the site to view coach/umpire contact information and to Enter Game Scores or Game Status. Please contact your Commissioner to receive Username and Password.
Commissioners: You must log in to the site to view coach/umpire contact information, build rosters, and enter scores. User IDs and passwords are retained from season to season. Bring completed roster printed from the RGSL website to scheduling meetings, All RGSL numbers for new players should be assigned prior to season start date using given name on players Birth Certificate. The last week of March, after you have assigned the coach to the team, build your organizations rosters on the team page by clicking the edit button, selecting players, and clicking save button. Rosters will be frozen on May 1st, except for high school players. To add player after May 1st you will need to contact RGSL.Records@gmail.com. Game dates and times will be displayed by the Sunday following scheduling night. To avoid charges, verify them and report any issues prior to the Sunday after Scheduling Nights to the scheduler, so that umpires can be scheduled. Report your scores on the web site for tournament bracket pairings.
Commissioners: Beginning in February, log in and create new players on the web site to get new RGSL numbers for rosters. Starting February, create new coaches and players on the site. After the March Commissioners Meeting and after game pairings are displayed on the RGSL website, assign coaches and players to teams on the web site. If you are unable to assign the coaches and players to teams during this time contact RGSL.Records@gmail.com ASAP. Verify online rosters for your organization are completed by May 1st.
